SCROLL DOWN

Immerse the Bay has been my love letter to the XR community and all that it has done for me. I continue to create spaces and forums for academic researchers, industry professionals, and tech enthusiasts alike to collaborate and develop XR experiences and technologies that pioneer the path forward for the medium.

Equipment Loaning

To organize sponsor and club loanable equipment into a checkout system, I completed a systems design of the checkout and checkin flow, as well as created mockups to aid Stanford XR members to complete the project.

Physicality

My favorite part of the event every year is being able to design the physical event assets and merchandise to improve the attendee experience. The core officers decide on the design elements which I use to base the assets from. I design everything from scratch and annually make signage, T-shirts, lanyards, badges, ribbons, tote bags, and more.

Logistics

In addition to heavy planning before the event, I am the point person for operations and logistics during the event. While most of my runtime activities involve coordinating with all sponsors for opening and closing ceremonies, I also drive to pick up meals, manage side activities, and handle hacker experience.
